Great place to stay!  Bed were comfy and room was clean.  We also had a nice balcony to enjoy.  The staff was phenomenal!  So friendly and very helpful!!  The pool area was wonderful!  Nice big pool and a very nice place to sit out at night at a fire.  Hot tub was a little small.  They also had a ping pong table and grill outside.  Breakfast was really nice!  Waffles, cereal, donuts, fresh fruit, eggs, and juice.  I would defiantly stay here again!

I don't generally write reviews, but our experience at this hotel was wonderful.  We arrived around midnight, and were greeted by a smiling, helpful, face behind the reservations counter.  I have seldom felt so welcome at a hotel.  In fact, I was greeted by name - because I was the last reservation of the evening.  The room was large and clean, with comfortable beds, and even a nice balcony overlooking a palm tree!  The pool was nice - hot tub nice - fire pit behind/above the pool - and even a ping pong table near the pool.  Our kids were as pleased as we were!  Breakfast was included with the stay - and it was good - "real" donuts (different kinds!), Belgian waffles, an egg option each day, sausage, bagels, fruit, Starbucks coffee, juice - as you can see, a wonderful selection.  The ONLY complaint we had was that the air conditioning was a bit "finicky" it would blow freezing cold for a bit to get the room cooled down, then turn off until the room would get uncomfortably warm, then blow freezing cold again.  This being our only complaint shows there was very little to complain about.  Would definitely stay here again - would recommend to anyone traveling in Northern California!!-  Loved the accomodations AND the staff!  Oh, almost forgot to mention - fresh baked complimentary cookies at the front desk after coming in from a long day of sight seeing - nice!

A beautiful property.  Always neat and clean.  Many amenities, including a very nice lounge and restaurant.  We have stayed many times while visiting relatives.  We have always been very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and have always enjoyed our stays.

Very nice Best Western.  Recently remodeled rooms.  Super friendly staff.  I travel a lot.and this is a classy operation. Very accommodating for us during a difficult time with fires in our area. Well done. We will be recommending people to this Best Western Plus location.

Rooms were well kept and clean. AC worked perfectly. Hot tub was very nice. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was filling and diverse. Staff were quite nice.
