The main entry was attractive, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were each given a bottle of water, and you could ask for more as needed. Our rooms were very spacious with only one design flaw: the small bathrooms. I liked that the soap dispensers were hung on the wall by the sink and the bathtub. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The television had a good assortment of channels, and the Internet was adequate. We used our own. Breakfast was the best I have had in comparison to all the hotels I stayed in this summer. Besides a good selection, eggs were made to order. Overall, our stay was great, and we will return next July.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. I loved the quiet of the location and we will definitely stay again during out next trip to Chicago.

Excellent Hotel We stayed two nights October 29 and 30. My husband was having surgery at Hisdale Hospital and the hotel is only 1.6 miles from it. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the beds. They went out of their way with giving me breakfest early so I could get to the Hospital. The next evening when I came back from the Hospital they serve cookies at 7:30 and I was there at 6:30 and the staff brought them out for me. Could not ask for better service.

Having stayed in 5 previous hotels so far on my trip this was the most disappointing which was surprising considering it is in the Best Western chain Plus. I booked this hotel because it was supposed to be a Best Western Plus. Well, it was anything but plus. The rooms are small with a cramped bathroom and very snug toilet and shower. The noise level was terrible and the people upstairs were very noisy and sounded like elephants living up there. Even though the mattresses were very good and I did not slept well. The hotel doesn't have premium channels and the remote is not good, you have to press the number channel that you would like to watch. The breakfast at 7:30 instead of at 6:30 like any Best Western hotel, it seems it own by Indian guy and they were many Indian people.

overnight staff gave us greif about wanting plates to warm up something in our room. he didnt understand why we needed them if we had a microwave in our room and that they couldn't afford to just hand out stuff needed for the breakfast bar. i would hope a hotel averaging 100 a night could give up two paper plates. the next day we got a knock on the door even though it clearly stated not to disturb us. we were getting falsely accused of the hallway "smelling weird" and that if we didn't stop smoking they would call the cops and charge a 250 fee. the customer service at this location is awful.
