I had a positive experience at this hotel. It met my expectations, but the staff exceeded my expectations since they went out of their way to be friendly and kind. I appreciated how the hotel provides guests with earplugs since the hotel is near a busy freeway. I would return once I'm back in the area.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. We were on the 3rd floor and our room looked new. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. We had breakfast every morning in the lobby which was included with the room. The hotel is by a busy highway and as a courtesy each guest had complimentary earplugs on the nightstand. The pool was nice and cleaned every morning.

Nice, well located hotel for the price. Right next to freeway and near BART station. Many good restaurants in the area as well. Hotel is pretty nice as well. Bed was pretty comfortable, but WIFI was pretty slow. As runners, there was a running park about a mile away, which was very convenient. About 45 minute drive to city and around an hour and a half from Santa Cruz. The only issue I had was that the swimming pool was very dirty. I've stayed at this location many times over the years. Probably will stay again.

The room was clean. Maid service was pretty good. Close to the highway so you get some noise from the cars. Slightly then walls but pretty much not bad to stay. Also not to far from food locations or mall.

Staff was super helpful...and the manager really helped me out when I needed it. I stayed for four nights and didn't have a single problem. The beds are very comfortable, in fact, didn't wanna get out! Room is decent sized and well decorated with a great TV. The pool was great, just wish it were a lil warmer. Again though, during a very difficult time for me, which is why I was in town, the staff was very understanding and very considerate to me. For that? I am very grateful. I will be here again, I promise you that!!
