Service was quick and friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms were nice for the price and were well kept/clean. One thing needing improvment is the WiFi though. We had a very poor connection in our room (323) and it was a tad slow. Had better connection in the parking lot. Pool was okay, would be good for kids as it is fairly shallow. Hot tub could have been a bit warmer. Overall it was a great experience.

I was not very impressed with this Hotel. We purchased a room with a jetted tub for the night and there were spiders in our tub and in the corners of the bathroom. There was dust everywhere in the room, stains in the carpet and what appeared to look like a rip or burn in the carpet. The heater only came on when the temperature was set over 70 otherwise the air conditioning kicked on making it a restless night. Breakfast was far from being hot and the waffles weren't cooking all the way through. We also wished that check out was a little later or the pool opened earlier or stayed open a little later. By the time we got to check in and got situated in our room we did not have time to partake in the pool area and by the time we arrived back at the hotel it just wouldn't have been worth going down for 30 minutes and the pool does not open until an hour before check out.

Great staff. Efficient and responsive to guests' needs. Courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable about area and able to provide list of area establishments and accurate directions. Will definitely stay here again during the Renegade Review next year!!

When we arrived at 2 am, the 1st room had a terrible noise coming from the a.c. unit. We were moved to a different room. The heater in the 2nd room hadn't been turned on, so it didn't work properly. After lots of pressing and tinkering, the heater turned on, but didn't stay on. We woke up the next morning and it was freezing in our room. So we changed rooms again. The 3rd room was the best by far, but we didn't have a remote for the tv. The guy up front said there was nothing he could do. The next morning a different guy was able to get us a remote. We tried cooking microwave popcorn, but it never cooked. It didn't get hot enough for the bag to expand, but it all burned. We were supposed to stay another night, but decided to check out one day early.
