This was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and all of the necessary amenities were there. I was in the first floor and could hear indistinct conversations from the room above me. Nothing that was a bother and no privacy was violated. The floor just seemed a bit thin. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay and plan on making it my home away from home when I am in Burns.

We arrived here late after long drive. While the price was a little high. I was very surprised at the newness and cleanliness of this hotel. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was large with granite counters. Extra pillows on bed was appreciated. And the breakfast was not fast but tasty and better then most. I would stay here again.

Great Staff and very helpful. Room was 95% in great shape. Very clean and odor-free bed. This particular Best Western is much better than some in big cities. Like many big chain hotels the eggs are the pre-cooked "tire patch" ones , along with the sausage but still not bad. This IS the best motel in Burns.

Very clean room. Reception person was very helpful and polite when checking in. I like the fact that you can park right outside you room, easy access in a main door and inside door to your room. Fast checkout in the morning. Good breakfast.

The service was good. We had to make some last minute modifications to our reservation and they were happy to accommodate us. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a lot fun in the pool and the spa was nice. There was not a big selection for breakfast but it was still good.
