Decent hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was the hot tub jets were not working. The staff said they were aware but couldn't fix it. They also did not have extra blankets for the roll away. No biggie, just a little odd. But overall, if I was in the area again, I would stay here.

Excellent customer service.  The entire staff was super helpful and friendly.  Room was clean and well maintained.  Overall appearance was neat, clean and welcoming.  Breakfast included real (whole) milk (not that watered down white colored skim stuff) which was awesome.  They even provided free cookies in the evening.  Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable.  Staff was indifferent. Breakfast area looked tired.  Still not sure what the egg dish was at the breakfast buffet.  Booked a room a few weeks ahead of time. Clerk did not advise us at that time that the majority of the hotel was reserved for a wedding party and we had the room next to the honey room suite.  Would have appreciated a heads-up about that before we arrived.  Made for a difficult night of sleep.

They're doing some updating but still could do more to maintain what they have. Multiple lights out in our room. Desk said They Don't have any more. Ran out of hot water during first shower in the morning. Must have been peak time bc it was fine later. Some guests were upset they didn't have coffee. None of these are individually are deal breakers. Just little details but that's what hospitality is... Taking care of the little details.

The staff was really nice but we wouldn't stay here again. The lobby and halls were like 80 degrees which was kind of weird because it was only about 65 outside. After about 20 minutes of checking in we haul the kids and luggage up to our room only to find it trashed with champagne bottles and clothing. The staff said that the manager had called to let us know the room we booked wouldn't be available after all (???) but that had never happened so all five of us ended up in a small room. We still had a lot of fun, the air in the room worked well and the kids enjoyed a swim in the pool but the boiler was out our entire stay so no hot water to shower or wash our hands, and I don't know if this is related but there was little water pressure and the toilet wouldn't fill up with water. It was gross. In the end there are just so many nicer places to stay in the area if you book ahead of time.

I felt badly for the woman working the front desk, she was very patient with all of the cranky guests and tried her best to accommodate and I think that should be noted. But otherwise, this place wasn't great.
