Nice Hotel, rooms are just enough of what you need. Best part of the stay was the staff and how helpful and accommodating they were. 10 O'clock at night I bring in 22 employees, and by 10:30pm they're all in rooms and resting. excellent work!

Good: Free breakfast, reasonably clean bed, nice AC unit, nice hot showers, free parking, and close to many restaurants. Bad: The cabling is explosed, some of the light bulbs are dead, you can hear people talking in the parking lot, empty tissue box that isn't refilled after cleaning, toilet feels lopsided, and no gym. Overall not bad for the price.

My lover and i used to go here for frisky time. We didn't have to I only live a few blocks away. We played in he pool and one evening it was pouring down rain heavily and we swam and relaxed in the jacuzzi and giggled like a coupe of 7 year old girls. The continental breakfast was pretty good too. Some of the beds need to be upgraded. ;p

The Best Western Town House Lodge is exactly what you'd expect from any Best Western. Despite the fancy name, it's a basic motel. The beds are clean enough, but overall I'd give it a 3 for cleanliness. I subtracted a star for location because Modesto is Modesto. The motel is close to a couple bars and clubs. Pretty much as soon as we parked in front of our room at 11 pm, we witnessed our neighbors shouting at each other to the point that the front desk called the cops, but I'm not sure what else I expected from Modesto.

Great location, decent price. Room was basically clean & comfortable but the guests who were milling about drinking & smoking in the parking area was a little weird. Close to a variety of restaurants, Starbucks, many are even walking distance.
