Place was very clean..great complimentary breakfast...super nice service each and every person we spoke with...parking lot grounds kept clean...small and quaint..perfect for our travel ball trip. Would definitely stay again. It’s not a Hilton..but you can tell they truly do take pride in trying to make affordable improvements..bed sheets could use an upgrade...AC was super cold. Definitely a plus. Walking distance of local eateries and right close to a convenient store..made quick trips during our two day stay.

The hotel was very nice! All the employees were helpful. Rooms were big and loving the decor. Pool area was nice! Sat under a pergola which I thought was pretty cool. Breakfast was tasty. Had waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy (there are lot more options). Will definitely stay here again.

I love Best Western. I always know what to expect. Also if any problems do ever arise I know that they will be rectified immediately. Jennifer, Jason, and Jordan are an asset to this property and made me feel like a valued guest.

Overall, not bad place to stay. They need an elevator to second floor. And modernize some of the stuff in the bathroom. It was quite, clean and reasonable price. Jennifer was the bright spot of the visit. She is adorable.

It did the job. Sofa bed mattress was pretty terrible, but King bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was pretty terrible compared to others but it was free. Laundry was a major plus. Very close to anywhere you need to go in West Monroe - restaurants, churches, ballpark. The water in this city is brown, but it's supposedly safe. I wouldn't drink it.
