Hands down, the absolute worst place I have ever eaten. We ordered spicy vegetables and it was SOLID grease. Ordered 6 general tso chicken combos and it tasted horrendous! This take out made everyone sick with explosive diarrhea, vomit. Not sure what they did to it but I will never buy from Best Wok again. If you're starving it'll work, but you better be close to a bathroom because it will kill you.

I placed an order for pick up went in to get it. The phone rang as I was walking in and she answered. That's to be expected however instead of helping me once she was done with that call she took another call while I had been standing there for at least 3 min at this point. The second caller was asking all kinds of questions about different foods, instead of placing them on hold and taking 1  min to take my money, she answered​ their questions!! Very poor customer service and on top of that the food wasn't that good!! Best Work was not the best!!

Been getting takeout since 2007. Not sure what changed but the food isn't as good anymore. This is our second order within a month and the last was worse than the one before. I heard owners changed, if so it was a change for the worst.

We've only gotten takeout here twice, but both times the customer service has been awesome (even though the first time was a few minutes before closing time). The food is delicious and the employees are super nice and friendly.
