We moved our daughter to this school after we had a negative experience elsewhere. After that experience it was very important to us to feel comfortable with the staff. We chose this school when we saw how much the children loved the headmaster when she entered their classrooms during our tour (they ran up to hug her enthusiastically). That was a big selling point. My daughter has now graduated and moved on to our local elementary school, after almost 2 years at this preschool. We feel really blessed to have found this wonderful school, and specifically that Ms. Rachelle and Ms. Jillian were her teachers. Both were great caretakers. And Ms. Jillian clearly just loves the kids so much, and just enjoys being with them. And my daughter was happy there. Although our family is not Christian, we chose this Christian school because we felt it was our best choice in nurturing and educating our young child while we were at work. We would make the same choice again.

My daughter started attending BYP right after she turned 2. At that time we were struggling with the dreaded stage of Potty Training. BYP was very patient with both my daughter and I. The staff made us feel comfortable about the process and stayed consistent with updates on her progress. We really wouldn't have gotten through it, as efficiently, without them. The Facility is clean and the staff are very welcoming. My daughter was primarily in class with Teacher Chrissy. She is amazing, kind, and patient. The Director of the preschool, Jackie, has one of the kindest hearts you'll ever encounter. If we hadn't moved my daughter would still be attending BYP. I can't stress enough how amazing it is. Enroll your children at this preschool, they deserve great childcare! We will always be BYP family!! :)

This is the worst school EVER! I had to withdraw my daughter after only a month. She is was in the 2-3 year old class. She got hurt 3 times on the same finger, losing her full little nail, due to this teachers gross negligence. Additionally, I had to ask for her to be moved to a different class because she would not allow me to drop her off without screaming every morning out of fear of being left with that teacher. When I asked Ms. J if there were any problems, she told that she and my 2-yr-old have had their "moments" and "dont always agree or get long." I was left dumbstruck at the mere idea of a grown-up educator telling me this. I dont understand what kind of moments has with a two-yr-old. She could hardly speak, much less hold her side of an intelligible dispute. Between this teachers ridiculous antics, and the schools neglect in handling the matter, I was fed up enough to forgo the money lost on the registration fee and find a new school pronto.

We have had our daughter, now 5 ½, attend Best Years Preschool since she was 2 years old and WE love(d) every day of it. The staff is very nice, loving, and caring. Before signing her up, I visited several preschools in the area. However, this was the only one where I did not hear a single teacher yell at a child or being inattentive. Not only that, but all the kids seemed very happy and to enjoy their time at school; whereas I observed other schools having kids on the playground crying and seemingly upset without anybody attending to them or even worse, yelling at the kids. Signing up my child at a school where this was not an accepted teacher / staff behavior was a “no-brainer”. AND, over the course of 3 ½ years, not once have I heard a teacher raise their voice or letting a kid cry telling them that they should be quiet and there is no reason to cry (which at times can be very difficult). As for academics: Here too, the school seems to excel on all levels. Not only has my daughter learned her letters and numbers and more, but the way this school approaches “academic learning” does not force the child to learn but makes her or him want to learn. Ready for Kindergarten and seeing what my child has learned and is capable of doing when it comes to letter recognition, reading, simple math and basic science, I don’t have to be worried for one second that she won’t succeed in Kindergarten and beyond. Social Learning: Again, the children are not forced to interact, but encouraged. Sharing and caring is one of the top priorities, and not only on the “school flyer” but in the children’s everyday interactions. Every single staff member takes each kid’s emotional, intellectual, social … needs into account when working with him or her. Again, the staff is outstanding and well educated when it comes to child development and early childhood education! Thank you so much Best Years Preschool Staff for loving, teaching and caring for my little one… A very happy mom !
