Awesome food and great restaurant. Loved the busy atmosphere (almost felt like I was back in Europe for a minute).

Every dish we ordered was inventive, well thought through and well cooked. Loved all of them. (Went for the waitress suggestions at the time).

We did not have a booking so went to the restaurant at around 6 and got seated at the bar right away - was great experience :)

The lines are long. And without a reservation forget it.  But the food here is Amazing!  Unique, incredibly delicious, great service, really knowledgeable and professional servers.  Very loud and upbeat, but the food is truly the very best you have ever had!

Nice place. Great vibe. Just the people are straight garbage. Customer service I would have expected to be better. They kicked me out of a seat at the bar ( one single seat) because it supposedly was reserved. There were other seats wide open right before I sat down. When they all filled up they said that someone been waiting over 1 hour for a seat at a bar. As far as I'm concerned. Bar is a first come first serve type of thing. Not a dinner table reservation. I guess they profile you and judge you accordingly. Not a great experience coming from NYC. I never review but this passed me off bad enough to take some time to do so. Straight garbage

This place suffers the usual LA restaurant problem of being a little bit too proud of itself. The food was quite nice however and I enjoyed the decor, even if it was a bit loud in the establishment. Not sure why people will stand here and wait for hours on end but I suppose it's pretty good.

I've been there twice and both times every single dish was amazing. Definitely not recommended for vegetarians, let alone vegans.
Every plate is so carefully crafted in and out and confirms the fact that foodgasms are a thing.
Bestia is one of the few places in the high end LA food scene that I will gladly fully open my wallet to and commit to the price tag in exchange of an unforgettable experience.
Plus, if you're not sure yet, the fact that you can come in any night of the week and every single time find it packed to the rim (you absolutely need a reservation) speaks for itself in. In my humble opinion...
