My experience with the ER was just horrible. If I had it my way it would be no stars. I've been at this ER.for 5 hours going on 6 hours. The nurses had very bad attitudes and not friendly and caring. The doctors were ok... Asked for some crackers or something due to not eating since 12:30 and was told no...my son was starving. I will never go to this hospital again. I live very close to NB and thought this hospital would be a better place to go but surely I was totally wrong. From the nurses to the hospital to the DOCTORS...AWFUL! See all the reviews on yelp and here..by the way still here!!!! WAITING!

My daughter went in with severe abdominal pains. Non stop vomiting pain was so bad. Line out door and ER packed. Younger woman who took vitals was rude and condescending telling her that crying and screaming in pain won't help and to stop. Pain and crying was so bad other patients approached my daughter asking what it would take to "shut her up." Nurses/ whatever they were, behind counter observed and ignored the taunting. After 3 hours of screaming and taunting I called for a ride. Drove to nearest fire station for a ride to another hospital. They took care of her pain immediately on the ambulance and did not make her suffer more like Jordan did! Jordan Hospital is a joke. Can't believe how cold hearted they were!

AWFUL primary care. Literally go anywhere else if you can. When I first became a patient they told me there was a 6 month waiting period to see my doctor. This isn't out of the ordinary so I didn't get too mad. However, when I showed up six months later, it turns out the session was just to SIGN PAPERS. I waited six goddamn months to signs papers???? Then they told me if I wanted to do my physical I had to wait ANOTHER six months. Okay fine whatever, I did. Then I show up and they say "oh you're here for a physical? Not just a visit? I guess we can squeeze that in." Like what??? The communication here is atrocious. When I go in to see my doctor, for my first adult physical ever btw and also first doctor check up in three years, she rushes through everything. Moving extremely quickly, banging my knees, really quick looking at my ears and theist, listening to my lungs, asked me if there was anything else and then sent me out. I waited a year for this.... And not to even mention that a week prior I had come in with an awful chest cold and had to see a nurse because I hadn't seen my doctor yet, and updated all of my medications, had to CORRECT medical history they had written down wrong, and gave other details.. only to have to do that all again at my "physical" because apparently the nurse didn't save properly on her computer at that sick visit. Overall I absolutely don't feel important or cared for at this facility, I always feel like I'm just a number. The office staff is always very short and visibly annoyed, and if you call to ask a question you're on hold for at least 10 minutes only for the phone to be answered by a front desk person seeming even MORE annoyed and like they're in some extreme rush. Do not go here

I injured my knee and could not walk. I went to the emergency room and was taken right in. I had xrays and an ultrsound done. I felt the doctor was thorough. The entire staff that I encountered was pleasant and attentive. I would not hesitate to go to the ER again if needed. Thank you for a great experience.
