After trying out different salons, I would have to say this is a decent one in the area. Average price. Two different people worked on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Both were fine. They were accommodating with me being late. I called ahead that I got out of work late and they told me they would still take me. Staff was nice. They worked fast but the job was good. Two complaints. I didn't see any sterilizer and cannot recall any sterile packages opened. And my gel manicure was painted a little off from my cuticle so my one week manicure looked like a two week growth. I would go back but would ask for a sterilized package and request a closer paint job.

I have tried five times to get my nails done here. The place looks very well-kept - nice and clean. It is hard to come by nail shops that are so clean, so I was inclined to try to make this "my place."The first two times, I walked in (as the advertisement on the window says is welcomed) and they had no ability to take me. Fair enough, I thought, maybe just time to think ahead. However, I have since tried three different times to call ahead for appointments and they have not had availability. Five times and you're out. I'm moving on.

Very clean and friendly people.... don't feel like they are talking about you all the time. Took my fiance for his first pedicure Nancy was very kind and attentive.... found my new nail place.

I had my nails done and asked to ensure that the color started as close to the cuticles as possible because my nails grow fast and when the gap shows it's quite ugly. The manicure was not professional and after a week it looked as though it had been done 3 weeks earlier. When I called to complain a few days later the owner refused to take responsibility and to correct the unprofessional work. She was rude and said I would have to pay the full cost. This is BAD customer service.
