Friendly helpful staff. All my needs,have always been met. I love this library.

I want to stress this review is for the computers only!  The library is great.  My kids check out a ton of books every week.  But the computer situation is a nightmare.  I walked in on a Sunday afternoon to print ONE sheet.  One.  That's it.  Literally would've taken me less than a minute to accomplish.  I reserved a computer and it said I had a 55 minute wait.  I sat in a chair for the wait and about 20 minutes later, a gentleman began logging off and told me I could get on his.  So I stood up and we waited for the computer to log him off.  As we waited, a girl walked in and went to the reservation system.  She entered her information and the system assigned her to that computer.  So, I had been waiting for 20 min, but since the computer that the system reserved for me wasn't the one he logged off from, the system assigned the computer to her.  The library assistant said that the software doesn't re-assign reservations as computers come available.  So, if that's the case and there truly aren't options for the person that set the computers up for this to occur, this is the worst software I have ever encountered, and that's saying something as I'm a software engineer.  This needs to be fixed or there is going to be an 'incident' in the future because of it.  I'm a sane guy that understands consequences, so I simply walked out.  But there's some mentally ill people out there that would've lost it over the situation.
