General information:
For over 60 years, Bethany United Methodist Church has been a vibrant church family touching the lives of thousands through a wide variety of ministries and missions. We embrace with enthusiasm our denominational creed of “Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors.” As a Reconciling Congregation, Bethany welcomes people of all sexual orientations and gender identities as full members of our church family. Here at Bethany, it is our purpose and vision to make God's love real. No matter where you are in your spiritual development, Bethany is a safe place to ask questions as we journey with Christ together.

Bethany is committed to the development of the community, providing volunteer services to organizations such as Luke House, Porchlight, The Road Home, Habitat for Humanity, and Bread for the World. Bethany strives to alleviate the pain caused by injustice and works toward rectifying the injustice, itself. Additionally, Bethany has a great youth involvement, which includes Youth Group for middle and high school aged students as well as Sunday School for all ages. The active youth group involvement culminates with an annual mission trip. Additionally, Bethany has an exceptional selection of music, including three handbell ensembles, as well as the Praise Song Choir and the Chancel Choir. We warmly welcome new instrumentalists and vocalists to join us as we praise God through music.
