Better Body Fitness is located at 1230 Rose Street behind the Food Lion, next to Dominos. Our workout hours are 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. EVERY DAY.
Better Body Fitness offers cardio, strength and free weight equipment to ensure that you get the best possible workout. Our hours of operation fits everyone's schedule and rates are as low as $25.00 per month. We offer a children's play area for ages 3 to 9.
