Friday, February 24 I ordered a smoothie from better gourmet on Forest Avenue. I often buy smoothies there and I also make my own smoothies. This time their smoothie Contant had more ice than flavor of the ingredients in the smoothie I called and I explain to them I will not be in tue area, and the smoothie is icy. Can I get a comp for the next one or my money back. The young girl that answered, spoke to someone and came back on the phone and told me that they could only give me a smoothie the same day they couldn’t honor it another day. I am very disappointed About their response I don’t think I’ll shop there anymore and they should have better customer service for all customers. Parking: meter street parking
Food and ambiance was great. Friendly staff as well. Hard to find healthy foods places with so many fast foods available.
I usually get a smoothie… cucumber, apple, pineapple, ginger….. Fast and friendly. Cares about customers. Place is very clean, has AC, and has seating inside. Has lots of healthy food options from salads to burgers and pizza that is gluten free. I went around lunchtime. Not a lot of places to park but it looks like they are on some delivery apps like Doordash. Will def be coming back. Photos on the next visit.
Ordered food and smoothies and everything was delicious. The bacon bbq melt hot bowl the prime hot bowl were both cooked and had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be a returning customer.
the cajun bowl is so good and they gave me so much food for the price ps. it was spicy . i love the spice they put in the chicken
Perfect place for healthy food even for motorcyclists.... delish and filling. Thumbs up.
The food is mediocre at best. And every time you call it is an automatic "Better on Forest, Please hold." Hold for about 10 minutes. Local delivery takes at least an hour, if you can actually get someone on the phone to take your order. If you ever go in, it is very dark and cold, super hipster. Not in a good way. They do have decent black bean burgers and shakes! I'll give them that. It seems they need to hire more people answering phones and more drivers. All in all, it's not worth the trouble.
I really appreciate healthy food options, since they are often limited. But, I waited over an hour for a delivery, when I am located less than a 7 min drive away. The food was also ice cold. I will never order again. I also work for a business where we order almost every day. I'll be sure to pass the message.
Shakes are great. Food is delicious. Staff is very accommodating and welcoming. There are tons of customers that they know on name to name basis which is really cool. Definitely fits in the West Brighton atmosphere.
Today i ordered vegan hamberguer with mozarella chesse at the counter store wich I have paid for. When was about time to eat i dont see the mozarella cheese but american yellow cheese that I am allergic for. in addition to this, previouly i ordered plant base vegan burguer this time they gaved me a regular beef burguer which i did not paid for. I become extremely disappointed and concerned the mexican guys behind the kitchen making this kind of food joke and who knows what other stuff ingredient they put on people, please dont come to here ever, rather, I have no choice but to go next store!
