you are thinking of listing your home with

#1 - go through a list of homes they are currently offering
#2 - select the lowest price offering (home/land)
#3 - contact them about the property
#4 - see how long it takes them to get back to you

in my test - with this office
they didn't return not one single phone call or email

Luckily...
realtors here in the POCONO area are about as rare 
as grazing deer

Didnt use this office but i agree with the above comments. They are unethical all the same trust. Dont use them Run Away
