I’ve never seen such bad customer service before! The clerk asked for my ID and asks what’s the address on it. So I tell him the address then he proceeded to ask for the zip code, which mind you I haven’t lived at that address in over 4 years and could not remember. Which is fine I understand they have procedures to follow but this guy literally starts bending my ID trying to snap it in half. At this point I’m annoyed and just want to leave but then he says he isn’t giving it back. The ID is real and I told him he can either scan it or I’m calling 911 because you can’t steal someone’s ID for not knowing the zip code. He ends up taking a picture of the ID, sends it to his boss then calls his boss then confirms the ID is real! This guy was obviously on some power trip, he was cocky and beyond rude during the whole situation, safe to say I won’t ever be spending my money at that liquor store.
This was a hard to find item around town, but I found it at the Beverage Place at a reasonable price.
Selection is broad , store is in very good location . The only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is because there is a very unfriendly clerk who makes me feel uncomfortable when shopping at this location. I prefer the pink package store on 280 because the clerks are more friendly & they have more variety of sizes
Great selection, and open 365 days a year! Awesome staff, and the owners are first class.
There is only 1 reason to go here. The ABC store is closed. ABC has better selection, better availability, and WAY better prices. It's 1 mile away look it up. Also, he store keeper is a horrible human being. The guys at ABC are much nicer and way more knowledgeable.
The prices just seemed really high. So I didn't get much. The cashier was nice though! I think I just have to cross the border for things‍ Their variety was decent in a store that size.
They had what the ABC store did not. Was looking for Bakers bourbon and they had a couple on the shelf. Well stocked and helpful staff. They had the same guy at the front desk forever but the last couple guys have been reasonably knowledgeable.
I work on 280, so this liquor store, which is a package store, not ABC Liquors. The price for a bottle is more expensive, because it's a package store. I'll pay extra someone, cause I just want a good drink of liquor:: lol
Prices are kind of crazy! It's amazing how they differ from shop to shop in such a close area... they are open on sundays which is the reason for the 2 stars- otherwise there are much better selections and prices elsewhere!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Employee was very rude and unwelcoming, take your money down the road to the ABC store or the Pink Package store! The liquor is overpriced and the selection is very small and TRASH.
