All the calls are sent to voicemail, and it takes hours for them to return phone calls. On top of all this they pass you around from banker to banker, and absolutely no one knows how to help you, completely dissatisfied with the services from this banking location. Definitely closing account and moving on. Would never recommend to anyone!

Called to verify funds on a check written to me I have ALL information NO help what so every, even had my bank call No Response!   All i want to know is there funds in this account to cover check!  Yes i understand that the funds could be gone the next day but a least i know this was not a hot check the day i received it.
I took a check from a Bank in Texas and had NO PROBLEMS to verify that funds were available to cover this check. Thanks for nothing!!!  I will tell your client sorry no deal!!!!
