I drive all the way from the valley to BH cleaners because they really know how to finish men's dress shirts.

I use to like these cleaners. Even with damaged items and faded clothing along the way. It's close to home and the people are generally nice. However, today was the last straw. I went into the store yesterday to get a dress cleaned for an event today, one that involves red carpet. When I went in, I stated I needed to have this item cleaned no later that 11 am the next day. I let them know if they can't guarantee this cleaning then I need to take it to another place that can. They stated they should be able to have it done by 11am, but no later than 11:30am. I triple verified that it would be cleaned. He confirmed. I came into the store today and it was not cleaned.  They said they would need an hour. They were giving me excused, like a guy was late and they didn't put it through the system in time.  They made a promise to a customer. I was very firm on the time and felt good after they confirmed they would have it done. They probably ruined my wife's day and now she has to scramble to figure out something else. Don't promise something you can't keep.  This place really messed up and instead of a faded shirt or damaged item, it is something that had serious impact. Most people would have probably stopped using them after relieving damaged clothes. I am more patient, however this is the last time. Beverly Hills Cleaners lost a long term customer today.

It's convenient but I often get clothes damages like torn seams and broken buttons.

Consistently good service. Will write-in a standard discount for frequent visitors. Had a skirt of mine that I forgot to pick up for over a year. Was happy to get it back. :-) Tailoring prices are a bit high, but the work is good quality.

This place is awful. They destroyed my rug and didn't care at all. It was so upsetting. Their answer was "take us to court then". I had black hair all over my rug and a big footprint. The manager hung up on me and said it's not his problem. DONT TRUST THEM. Whenever I call, they always hang up before you get to finish your sentence and they always ask you to call back in "5 or 10 mins". 

They do not care if their customer's are happy or not. ITS THE WORST!
