I needed a pair of jeans tailored and he got them finished within a couple of days and they looked great.  I've had a few places screw up a few pair so I'll never go anywhere else.  Fellow was kind and very inexpensive.  Double bonus!

The guy that owns this place is Ronnie. He's really nice and listens to what you want done and is really good at getting out stubborn stains. You can park for free right in front. You can also get tailoring done here, but it's best to call ahead to make sure the tailor is there first. My husband had 2 shirts shortened and the arms taken up and they came out great. But their focus is dry cleaning and they do that well and they do it fast.

I dropped off one article of clothing, and it was lost. It has been three weeks, and not only do I not have my clothing, or reimbursement, I was verbally threatened by the owner!! I was simply and calmly asking for the outstanding issue to be solved, and instead I was told that "This happens all the time, even in Beverly Hills..." to which I responded "We ARE in Beverly Hills!" How does that solve anything? This place is a one-man operation...and not worth your time, your money, or your patience. Take you're items to another shop that understands the meaning of customer service...and a place that won't threaten to call the COPS on you....UNBELIEVABLE!! I'd like to take the pointed edges of that one star and shove them where they belong...making that phone call to the BHPD worthwhile!!
