Overall I had a great experience with Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage. They were quick to come out to give me an estimate and were able to pick up my move within a week of requesting the quote! Gilbert & his team were fantastic- efficient, friendly, and took good care of my stuff. They delivered SO fast too- picked up Thursday AM in Los Angeles and delivered Saturday AM in San Francisco. Throughout the process we had one issue but Chris was quick to fix it & make everything right. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage. They made our first household moving experience almost painless. From the estimates process, packing, loading, and unloading they were on top of everything. The teams were polite, considerate, careful, and great to work with.

The person who did our free estimate was pleasant and thorough. We ran into some communication problems after we decided to go with Allied over two other moving companies. Beverly Hills Storage wanted to charge us $1,000 more because the move was not booked with Allied after we signed the contract. To their credit, the issue was quickly resolved after a phone call to the owner. The driver was very professional. Overall, we felt they gave us a fair price for our cross-country move and it was a much better experience than a previous cross-country move six years ago. Just be sure to follow up frequently to make sure your move is registered with Allied and you get the price that was quoted locked in.

They are terrible. They didn't care for the accurate first review. So here we go. I will continue to replace it until they give up cheating. 12 hours to pack a less than 600 Sq ft one bedroom one bathroom apartment. They Packers left their flood trash and after specifically asking the guy who did the estimate if I would need to empty my dresser drawers. I was assured that there was absolutely no need to remove the conents. I gave the driver's my cell phone number and told them to call me if they had questions. I came back at the end of the 12 hours to sign paperwork. The drawers were empty. Dirty, sweaty, nasty bad mannered male strangers - Packers who constantly complained about what they deemed to be "too much stuff" had removed all the contents of the dresser and packed them. Sorry but I was so grossed out by them touching my personal undergarments I threw out about $1500 worth of undergarments and lingerie. It was disgusting. I called and informed them. It seemingly put even them off and I did manage to get $1000 off the overpriced total for the move. I still took a financial hit. If you have female loved ones and care about them and their possessions don't risk using this revolting company. PS to whomever they got to remove the original review, I will keep replacing with another review each time you remove it permanently.
