Good selection but just okay prices on beer and liquor.  Employees used to be more knowledgeable but now rapid turnover

Highest prices for wine in La Quinta. They have some good wines, but nobody knows anything. Perhaps they know beer.

Yes, they do have a broader variety of wines and beer including gluten free beer/ale than any other grocery store if you want to pay the price.  However,  the prices that we compared with we're outrageous. Their "2nd bottle for a nickel" deal still ended up, per bottle, higher than the non-sale prices at local grocery stores.  We found similar high prices when we checked here a few years ago. Will not waste our time again.

Love this place. Some wines, champagne, etc., are sometimes cheaper at Costco or TJ's, but their selection is totally off the hook.
