BFS sucks.  Usually they can't arrange to come out until about 1-2 weeks after you call, and then when they do come out, they usually can't fix it the first time....or the second time....or usually not even the third time.  I had a hot water heater issue that took them about 4 times to come out and get it right.  Just a bunch of temp mechanics that are a jack of all trades type of technicians.  Pretty sure none of them are certified in anything, and if they are, it's a joke.  But they were free with the 1 yr home warranty, so I had to use them.  If you're paying for them, then you're getting robbed big time.

How fast the AC can be fixed is really depend on individual tech. Mike is awesome. Came at 8:30 pm and fixed mine. Big thanks to him.

I've been with BFS since the 90's..no other warranty company has compared. I would like to thank the manager Glenn Herd for his continuos and prompt care when I've been in such need and emergency situations. Jessee Bently was an absolute Super Hero repairing my Air Conditioner, in the most extreme weather. He went above and beyond and forged through a literal Storm and did not stop until he provided a stellar job restoring air back into our home. The job easily could've been a job that called for several people, and by himself, Jessee got it DONE!! We are beyond grateful and blessed. Thank you just doesn't sound Big Enough for how truly Truly Appreciative we are. Thank You Glen for being there for us, and Thank You Jessee for ALL you did! I sit and write this note from my cool breezy home because of you both. ~Martha Barney

This company is a joke and has horrible service. I would give a negative rating if I could. The office staff always has an attitude, and when I tried to schedule a free maintenance check on my A.C., two different people in the office told me I was the first job of the day and that the tech would be at my home at 9 AM. He did not show up until 1 pm. Then, all he proceeded to do was rinse off the coils on our outside unit, test pressures, and asked how often we changed our filters. According to our warranty with this company he also should have: calibrated the thermostat, tested temperature split, perform amp draw on condenser motor, evaporator motor, and compressor, check contactors, check condensate lines, clean and tighten electrical connections, test capacitors, and test safety switches. This company is a sham. They will never receive another cent from me.

I want to thank Glen and his staff for the great customer service.  I bought my house two years ago and have had to use them a few times and every time the are very professional and fix my problems in a timely manner.  This week my AC went out and they had a new unit installed in one day and like always they were very fair with the cost of the unit.  I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends that buy a house.
