I am extremely happy with BGA Properties service, response and professionalism. I can count on them regarding any issues or questions that come up.
I particularly like the fact that they are up to date with and use technology extensively to manage their business. That makes it very easy, fast and convenient to communicate, keep track and exchange information.
I highly recommend it to anyone, tenants or landlords.
I give them 4 starts not because they don't deserve 5 starts but because I know there's always room for improvement on anything and everything we do.  If this was a 10 start rating site I'd give them 9 stars.

If I could give a negative review,  I definitely would.  I do not recommend BGA Properties. We pay our rent ON TIME ALL THE TIME and I am very frustrated that this property management company has very poor customer service, very hard to deal with.  When you need a repair and leave a message in their website for a service request,  nobody calls to acknowledge and give an update. One example is the ceiling-fan in one of the rooms that needs replacement was replaced almost a year later - a few weeks before our lease would end..  Request for Pest Exterminator took months to take action.  We had a lot of maintenance issues,  but they were not looked into in a timely manner. It would take months to do it. You would need to call them not just once, twice,  but a lot of times to follow-up. Worst is that they do not pick-up their phone if they know the person calling has complaints. When you get a chance to talk to them on the phone,  they would tell you different stories or excuses.  I just feel sorry for their receptionists as they the ones who absorb complaints from tenants. Not recommended.

I despite the other reviews, have had a great experience as a landlord. We have worked together  going on 3 yrs. The 3 ladies at the front office have gone above and beyond to always keep me updated in anything that my tenants need. They do their job very well. Great job ladies!

BGA Properties gets it!  Their staff is extremely polite, friendly, and courteous with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. I will continue to utilize their services and would refer them to anyone looking to have their property managed properly with the right amount of care and follow through.
