It’s long over due, been going to this burger restaurant since its opening but never got the chance to write a review. Hands down the best burger in Utah! The meat is thick and tasty, buns taste way better than other buns I’ve ever had, ingredients are fresh, presentation is beautiful. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, even their featured burgers, each one of them tastes like first class. You could tell they’re carefully and cleverly created. The milkshakes are thick and so yummy. The place is also neat and clean, crew is nice friendly, they greet you when you arrive and thank you when you leave. Them having kids meals with good selections is a plus to me. Always such a great experience to eat here. Highly recommended!

I can't even count how many burgers I've eaten in my lifetime, but I can without hesitation say that the burgers I've eaten at BGR are the best burgers I've ever eaten. We're talking made-to-order gourmet burgers... in a fast-food restaurant! We've tried the wagyu wellington and the southwestern chipotle bison. These are life-changing eating experiences. Flavors on a burger that I've never tasted before. And the presentation is so good, they come out looking just like the pictures!  The garlic parmesan fries are also amazing, we keep coming back for more.  Highly recommended if you want to try something truly special.

For a $16 dollar bacon cheeseburger our order was terrible. I ordered mayo, ketchup, and mustard on it plus the works. It came with NO bacon, no onion, a piece of lettuce, a tomato, and some ketchup. I called and asked to speak with the manager and the gal said...no manager here. The manager is only in during the week for a short time in the a.m....guess that's why the food was not good. No leadership and the gal did not care at all when I told her how bad the burger was...she said ok sorry?

Excellent burgers! Used to drive up to Salt Lake area from Provo just to go to Lucky 13 for their burgers. This may be the new stopping point. The burgers were juicy and the toppings on the burger were high quality. The bun was perfectly toasted and delicious. The mojo sauce is a must as well. Damn, this place is good! Can't wait to go back. The only problem I could possibly see was that they were closing at 8, on a Saturday.

5 Stars during Covid. 4 regularly. Young staff was friendly & eager to get things right. Welcome me and my Dire Wolf. Burger was good but $$$. Sweet potato fries were good but not stick style, FYI.

I’ve never left a bad review or even felt compelled to any place I’ve been, however too much went wrong here and I’ve got to address it. For starters we ordered 4 meals, every one of which was made wrong. We ordered medium rare burgers, 2 of which were severely undercooked, one wasn’t even warm. One had no cheese, despite asking, and another had pickles which were requested to be left off. They’re a little stingy with the lettuce, you get one leaf, big whoop but still. We also ordered sides, the Parmesan garlic fries were a hit, would come back just to get those fries. Our order of normal fries were drowned in salt, and the tater tots were okay. Definitely not worth $60 to have 4/4 orders wrong. You’re slogan “burgers grilled right” has never been further from the truth.

I had a beyond patty with a fried egg, BBQ, onion rings and cheese. Delicious!! Even for a delivery it was fresh, not soggy. Everything I wanted and more. It's also rare to find somewhere that has a good bun. May sound weird but they had a good bun. Thank you guys! Great job!

Delicious touch, and so sweet! The staff was polite and warm and the burgers were so sweet. The beef tasted new and so were the pretzel buns. I had a mac n cheese, a bacon burger I've been trying to recreate in California since, BGR was the only place I've ever come close to. Recommend them incredibly!

we are just leaving this restaurant. we arrived and placed our order at exactly 6:26 PM. We are now leaving at exactly 7:20 PM with COLD food and a watery milkshake. We literally watched multiple people come in after us and receive their food BEFORE us. We sat in the table that’s right in front of them, no one acknowledged the amount of time that we spent sitting there. No one can say that they forgot about us because it wasn’t busy at the time. We spoke with Valeria N. Who was very rude, might I add. We tipped them too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Spend your money elsewhere.
