The receptionist was rude, and told me that even though I had an active referral, I still had to wait for someone from their office to call me and handle the referral. They instructed me to not call them and they would call me, but three weeks later no call came. I called back, same rude receptionist, she put me on hold and after a few minutes told me they wouldn't take any new patients. I would have appreciated being notified earlier instead of waiting for a "specialty" doctor to help me with an important medical issue. I wasted almost a month waiting for only more poor customer service, and no medical care. On a side note, at the end of the call I had said, "well, thanks for letting me know (that I waited for three weeks for nothing, even though they weren't going to take new patients at the get go)" and the receptionist replied with a snyde and almost smug, "you're welcome".
