I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to the manager on duty at BI-LO in statesboro, ga. My husband went into this store on 09/08/2017 to purchase items before hurricane Irma was supposed to be in our area. The store was packed and this manager went above & beyond to make sure his customers were taken care of. He went up to customers making sure they found everything they needed, apologizing for their wait times & basically exceeded any expectations during a hectic time for everyone. I was not there so I didn't get his name & my husband didn't think to look but I wanted to give him great props for his outstanding customer service & caring attitude that most people don't give these days. Especially when everyone is already on edge not knowing the outcome of a hurricane that was headed to our area. BiLo will be getting more of our business in the future. Thank you, happy customers

Best supermarket in town! The deals are always great and there are always plenty of them. Cheap prices, wide and quality selection.

I purchased several items from this store after moving to GA. Within 2 to 3 days, several of the items were spoiled or molded. The sell by dates had not even been reached,  but the orange juice, salad mix, cheese, etc were already bad. Very disappointed.
