Employees are all very nice people.  One problem with this place is that they have approximately 850 patients.  Thus, the counselors are extremely busy pretty much all the time.  However, they do an excellent job to accommodate you considering this.  My overall experience has been a good one...

It's a methadone clinic people (remember how you got here.) The clinic serves its purpose of harm reduction as best it can. The new director is very nice and my counselor has gone above and beyond , to be of service to myself and her other Patients. Remember when people are motivated to post a review,  the person is either very happy or very angry...

Overall I like the clinic but a word to the wise, I've been to tfive clinics in five years, hi-valley the fifth. So I consider my opinion valid, at worst. The "director" is a tyrant. I hope to have her fired by the time my complaint has circulated. She is unprofessional, rude, has zero compassion or even tolerance for the "patients" there, and lacks tact or grace to even attempt to disguise her contempt. She thinks anyone who has ever used drugs is garbage. Having more manners and class than her, I dis not tell her, as she does, what I think of her. Suffice it to say she has a ride awakening awaiting her. I am both far more educated, a better person period, and that's with or w/o any regard to drugs. She needs to find a jib stuffing sausages. And get some tweezers for her beard. I'll stop dosing to never have to see that woman again. Horrible.
