Bible Baptist Church is a warm and friendly church- An independent, fundamental,
Baptist church located in the northern part of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our ministries include a bus ministry, kid and teen ministries, music ministry,
soul winning ministry, Sunday school programs and much more....

We firmly believe and preach the following:


1) We believe the whole Bible from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:31 is the
verbally inspired and infallible Word of God and the King James Version is the
preserved Word for the English speaking people. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

2) We believe Jesus Christ was born of Mary the virgin, and is the Son of God,
and God the Son. (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-25)

3) We believe that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, the Just for the unjust that He might bring us
to God. Salvation of sinners is wholly of grace. (Romans 3:24; Ephesians 2:8-9)

4) We believe that in order to be saved a person must repent of their sins and by faith will be
“born again”. (John 3:5-7; Acts 17:30; Acts 26:20)

5) We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ rose from the grave the third day according to the
Scriptures. (1Corinthians 15:3-6)

6) We believe that Christ only is the great High Priest, and we need not the intercession of any
man, but that Christ ever liveth to intercede for us. (Hebrews 2:17)

7) We believe that Christ will come again for every believer, known as the rapture, and that after
the tribulation, He will establish His Kingdom on earth for a thousand years, which is known
as the millennium. (Acts 1:9; 1Corinthians 15:51-54; 1Thessalonians 4:16-17)

8) We believe that every truly born again soul should declare his faith in the act of baptism
(immersion in water) setting forth the Lord’s death, burial, and resurrection.
(Romans 6:4-5; 1Peter 3:21)

9) We believe that the church is a body of baptized believers whose mission is not to “reform the
world”, but to teach and preach the Gospel of salvation to the individual soul.
(Matthew 28:19-20; Ephesians 4:11-12)

10) We believe that the four-fold platform of the church is:

a) To recognize Christ as its Head. (Ephesians 5:23)

b) To obey the Holy Spirit as its only administrator. (Acts 20:28)

c) To proclaim the Word as its only message. (2Timothy 4:2)

d) To win lost souls as its only mission (Mark 16:15; 2Corinthians 4:3).

We were all born sinners... everyone.

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned.” Romans 5:12

How did you become a sinner? Adam was the first man whom God created. Adam sinned by disobeying God. Everyone who was
born after him was born with a desire to do wrong. The result of sin is death and eternal separation from God in hell.

Do you realize that you are a sinner?

Eternal life is not EARNED by doing good things.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”
Ephesians 2:8-9

The Bible is clear on which direction NOT to go. Eternal life is not gained by balancing more good works than sins committed. It is
a free gift. A gift is something voluntarily transferred by one person to another without compensation. This means eternal life is free!


Do you understand that eternal life cannot be earned?

Jesus Christ died for your sin.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6

The word commendeth means proved. God proved His love for you by sending Jesus to die on the cross to pay the penalty for your
sin. Jesus became your substitute. Jesus said He is the only way to heaven.

Do you understand that Jesus died for you?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life.” John 3:16

Life is busy. Numerous responsibilities are pulling for your time and attention. However, do not delay believing on Jesus as your
Saviour.

Do you remember a time in your life when you believed on Jesus Christ as your Saviour?


You can receive Jesus Christ as your Saviour right now. It's a gift. Accept it.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9

To believe on Jesus Christ as Saviour means to believe that He died for you, paid the price for your sin and that He is the only way
to heaven. You can express your belief on Jesus by calling on Him in prayer.

To believe does NOT mean to only believe that Jesus existed or that He was a good example. Many people know that Jesus is
existed. You must believe what he has done for you. He died for you.

Pray sincerely…

“Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe that you died on the cross and paid the
penalty for my sin. I believe that you rose from the dead three days later. I am placing my faith
in you alone to forgive my sin and save me.
Thank you for giving me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.”
