Customer service person was rude but gave me a refund once I asked for a higher up.  Shipping is slow but many times they are the lowest price.

Absolutely awful company to work with. Shipping is a joke, to them apparently, I didn't find it that funny to be honest. Shipping took over a month, and they're in NJ, and I'm in NY,  seems like it'd be quicker eh? No, not so much, half assed customer service, barely an apology, and certainly no motivation to giving another order. I think I'll pay extra for craft supplies and actually get them, avoid BIC Warehouse at all costs. They're terrible.
