Awesome guys I came in hoping to get a bike fixed but they just gave it to me really fast and didn’t beat around the bush. I live here locally and iv gone to the ocean city bike shop. The bike connection surpasses them by an enormous amount. Customer service is great and if you need to buy a bike or get advice about bikes I highly recommended to go to them for all your needs and services.

My girlfriend and I have been to this shop twice and BOTH times received some of the best customer service I've ever been given - and that was from two separate employees between the two visits. They truly represent why the role of Local Bike Shops can't just be replaced. Mike and crew weren't just about quickly answering your question or pushing to get a sale. They took a genuine interest in getting us setup the right way, something that is rare these days. Furthermore, they were able to give recommendations on local riding trails and certain annual charity rides. It was clear that they were truly rooted into the Bethany Beach community. Don't let anyone steer you elsewhere. As long as I'm within driving distance, they've earned me as a customer for life.

I can never say enough about the service and professionalism that i have always recieved at Bicycle Connection. The entire staff is as friendly and courteous as it gets, and their knowledge of all the different cycling styles is unmatched. Mike and Chris went above and beyond a sale to help me surprise my wife for Christmas with the two Trek mountain bikes i purchased for us. They will do whatever it takes to set the customer up with their perfect bike, from the bike itself to any accessories the customer wants. You will also get the same quality of service wheather your bike was purchased from them or from someone else. These guys are as good as it gets. With all the experiences ive had with BC, i can never imagine taking my bicycling buiesness anywhere else. Stop by and see the guys next time you have any bicycle needs, or just stop in to meet the excellant staff. 5 stars all the way.. BJ & Debbie Langley

I bought my bike here about six months ago from Chris and have returned several times for various items or with questions. Each time I've received excellent customer service.
