Robert is amazing and friendly. I had my bike in because the right pedal was cross threaded, I was afraid I'd have to replace the whole apparatus because that is how they are sold when I looked on Amazon. he fixed it w/o it being worst case scenario. 
His partner is a little awkward to talk to. When I went in to pick it up he was not there so I talked to his partner, I inquired about thorn resistant tubes for my daughters bike (I only know the brand I use so I used that brand name). He explained that the tubes are made by this manufacturer and sold by a bunch of brands, and left it at that. I said o.k do you have them in her size? he replies yes they carry them in all sizes ending the conversation and walking away from me. Then I had to ask for a price range in her size. then he told me the price range. Maybe he's just not versed in customer service, maybe he was having an off day, maybe he's just socially awkward.... I shouldn't have had to feel like I was pulling teeth to get the information that should have naturally flowed from my inquiry; you know something along the lines of "Yeah this manufacturer makes them, they are distributed under a bunch of brands in a range of sizes we carry, your size costs between $-$$."
BUT Robert is awesome and his dog is super friendly.

Love the dog and the story behind how the dog came to be a part of the bike shop.  Robert and the dog are both friendly and knowledgeable.  I’ve bought 2 bikes there and have had my other bikes services there.

Robert is incredibly kind and his knowledge is vast! He is building a community around bicycles in the Hemet area with this shop. Highly recommended.
