This place is known for its wings. I guess I should have gone in that direction. I started with the chili. The actual temperature was hot but there literally no flavor. I then had the Bidwell burger and fries. The burger was ok but the bun wasn't the freshest I've ever had. The fries were marginal at best. The server was very friendly and outgoing. There is a nice old fashioned pub atmosphere.

Bidwell Tavern is a place that I've been to quite a few times. It captures a certain rustic charm with the bar area having a wood stove to heat the place, coupled a great wood paneling. They have a good beer selection, and drinks are reasonably priced. It's worth trying their house red ale! The food is great, if you go to Bidwell Tavern though, you must get the wings! Their wings are phenomenal, they're tender and perfectly fried, the sauces come in a large variety and you get a great amount for what you pay.

Only good for the wings. Went there today for lunch. Ordered the turkey sliders thinking they were ground turkey patties. They came out as turkey deli meat with really gross soggy bacon in them. They tasted as terrible as they looked. Gamey. Waitress did not want to bring them back nor did she offer me an alternative. Food and staff have really gone downhill. Not worth the cost of the food. I will not be returning. Used to enjoy this place.

Cozy and fun. Been coming for years. Wing flavors and beer selection is great! The specialty cocktails are the worst! Just know where you are. The cocktail off the specials list are always sweet and unbalanced. They won’t let you return them if you don’t like them. Stick to the beer and enjoy.

Great place to watch the game. Has great local breweries on draft and a good selection of other drinks. They are known for their wings and every flavor I've ever tried has been delicious! The decor is warm and homey, especially in the winter. They have a large deck for the summer. The servers are friendly.
