This company deserves negative stars. If firebombing a business were legal this organization would have been in cinders years ago.

They oversell tickets for every scheduled bus, and you can typically expect your blood pressure to rise to a dangerous level due to the stress of waiting in their enormous lines at the station. 

They have a monopoly on a lot of destinations in Pennsylvania from NYC and that is the problem.

Take my advice; rent a car for your trip in advance from one of the airports. It will be cheaper and keep your blood pressure where it should be.
