An18-tap European and craft beer garden with grass-fed burgers, haus sausages made with local ingredients.

Story

Pasture raised beef burgers, 18 craft and European beers on tap, traditional german sausages and 800 square feet of heated outdoor beer garden goodness. We're a restaurant and a beer garden, but we're also a great place to be social. Our beer garden-style benches are imported from Germany. We even have classic board games.

Selection is good, and ambience is nice. There always seems to be a lively crowd. The apps are just okay to above average. The outside seating is subject to the elements, but the days are getting nicer as the season wears on. The only drawback seems to be the wait on busy nights. As you would expect, there are no reservations.

This is one of the go to places if you want to have beer and spend sometime with a group of friends. The outdoor seating has a really great ambiance. It can get pretty crowded on weekends. But you'll be able to find a table if you wait a bit. The food here isn't authentic German food (according to the many German friends I've been here with). But this place is perfect to hang out with friends.

Awesome selection of beer and helpful staff to help you decide what your tipple is. Menu also has beer snacks and heavier meals but the focus is the beer and the beer hall-style decor/layout reflects this. On the main drag of Castro St so dead easy to find. Good place to meet friends for a few scoops and a quick bite.

The atmosphere is casual. A great hang-out and eatery for everyone (singles, couples, families with kids and dogs). The place is usually busy at night but one always finds a spot to sit. Outdoor sitting is bench-style. The owner usually comes around and says hello to the patriots. Good food and beer.

What an amazing place!!! It's an open beer garden and super fun. Easily accessible and comfortable to go to. The beer selection is decent but really it's a perfect place to go with friends or colleagues. Can't have enough about it.
