They always have great prices, especially on shoes! Their sizes range from children's to men's, up to 14 wide for men's. This is wonderful, because the larger sizes are difficult to find, with any selection. I'm sure you're going to find what you want.

Just ran in for a fishing license they were kinda busy and she had trouble with the license so I held up the line a bit but considering she was the only one working the front I think she did a great job. Especially when she had people asking her questions and the machine wasn't cooperating to print the license and she never got frustrated kept her cool. Good job Big 5 employee now a days everyone seems so impatient and rushed but you didn't let them see you sweat. Yes I recommend them for you sporting needs.

The employees in the shoe department are always friendly and so helpful. We ended up buying five pairs of shoes!

I had the opportunity to be looking for winter clothing for an Alaskan Cruise and was very pleased to find both coats and pants to meet my needs that were on sale!  Clean location and very polite employees.

I got very poor customer service here, I can't think of a better way to explain the details. Modestly put: my advice to them is that business that comes from every customer is equal no matter how much one spends. As for me,  i'll scout for alternative places even though it is the nearest.
