Every big 5 I've been to, no matter what city, completely sucks. I can say that with all honesty. There is no customer service. They all have an attitude what is really sad id that sports authority was fantastic. .an absolute night and day experience. I'm very sad to see them all go to the way of the dodo
But, big 5/= A holes . I gave them many chances and many years of chances to right the wrong. But to no success. I will never spend another dollar

Even though the store was busy, it was nice being visited on the floor by an employee who checked in a few times to see if I needed any help. Big 5 had some good sales going this weekend and I got a coupon in the mail so I saved some money. Win-win!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The sales floor was well organized and easy to navigate. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
