I really like this place to get all of my gear for sports and camping but sometimes it's a little overpriced but most of it is great.

I went to exchange a pair of sneakers for a bigger size and they asked for my ID my credit card the last 4 of my social security number and I asked why son many requirements if previously at different store they exchanged without receipt  questions the big 5 sticker was on the box after I comply they said they will exchange instead I asked for the manager and my money back which I got at the end

As an outdoor kind of guy, this is one my favorite places. They always have great specials! I bought my long-time trusty buck knife here for only $13 on sale. This is also my go-to stop for football/soccer balls being that they're always discounted. I bought a $25 fishing rod here and have already scored over 30 fish with it. I've been to other Big5 stores but this is my preferred location. Everything is always nice and orderly here. Overall, a lot of sales and a lot of bang for your buck.

EDIT: 
This place has been demoted by 2 stars. They're fishing inventory is NEVER up to date. Lately it has been necessary for me to make an extra trip to Walmart because these guys don't have the supplies.
