Brought our motorhome in for air conditioning service, they got me in right away and repaired our in dash air conditioner.   Darrin was outstanding as was everyone in the facility.

Plz watch out! Been here several times would give a higher rating if didn't tell me a hundred bucks just to top off the gear oil, when they charge me like 5 bucks to do it before with the oil change, had a different mechanic topper up for free, they'll give you a good job and a good price if they feel like it, they're just looking out for their pockets. They work on police vehicles and their buddies Vehicles all the time they're not necessarily worried about the average person that needs a working vehicle that doesn't much money. Have you seen their office nicest place on the Block!!! I just don't trust that

After some time to sit and think I'll upgrade my review to a four star..There are some things I don't agree with like telling shops they have ran your credit without permission, but haven't had any complaints from our customers we have taken there..

Asked for my vehicle to be inspect, especially the cooling system, and check fuel tanks snd traiker brske actuator due, to a long trip across country. After being upsold on a few items and paying them over $3000.00 I frlt confident about my trip. I did not even make it 400 mIles be for the engine overheated and blew. I had to have the engine replaced. The shop that related the engine also replaced the radiator that was bad ( big apple dutomotive did not find that) and replaced the cooling fan send or that was bad (also not found by big  apple automotive ). I addressed it with Big Apple Automotive and was told I said nothing about the cooling system and they took no responsibility for their lack of ability to perform for the service requested. I ended up spending overy $10000.00 between repairs to my vehicle and and rental vehicles to complete my trip. Not to mention. Air Fare As ND hotels to come and get the vwhile after repairs were completed by a competent automotive shop.
