I went to this facility to rent a storage unit. However, when I spoke to the manager named, Mike, I received extremely RUDE service. I inquired about renting a unit for my elderly father who was unable to travel. Without any provocation, Mike bluntly said "that's your business.!" I could take my business elsewhere. As one reviewer said, Mike speaks with an Irish accent and is rude, argumentative and arrogant. He does not conduct professional business - the American way. He should be deported.

I've been a satisfied customer for over a year. I store here because it's a great location near the 4,5 & 6 trains, the facility is clean and they guys there are always very helpful.

I don't usually write reviews about anything. I am going to open an exception this time because I was in shock with the customer service and with the conditions of the facility. It was spotless! Besides the localization which is fantastic the easy access by public transportation was another plus. It is secure and clean. The owner most of the time shows up and deals with the customers himself. I though that was great! I will recommend to everyone I know plus whomever reads this review.
