Don't understand how the city is given weeks warning of snow but yet always get snowed in. Get you head out of you're ass and send the snow plows out people, triple it up if needed, wtf's wrong with you. Guess you want you're dieing economy to come to its end. Take  a good look at you're city, as least half the business are closed and bearly anyone can make it to the one's that are around. Most of the Council look like retires looking out for their pention. Big bear ca needs members young enough to go to the slopes and not worry about breaking something, instead of sitting in their cozy building playing musical chairs to look like they're doing something.
