On my 2nd Cockatiel from this place. Friendly and caring staff. I was warned weather a bird was mean or older. I adopted a hand fed cockatiel named Bard. After he passed away from an accident he had in his cage, I went back here and they sold me a tiel cheaper than the usual price. All the birds are healthy and active. Large variety of toys, if there's something you want, they order it for you! I don't trust anyone else for birds. I've had my birds clipped, sexed and Misted here. My new tiel, Crescendo who I got today, has never been handled before, he's already adjusting to his new home and has healthy feathers and chirps. Thanks a lot guys! I'm proud to say I'm a loyal costumer!

My experience was absolutely amazing. The process went by smoothly, I was able to pick my bird at my own pace to see if they like me haha. The staff are all very nice and very knowledgeable about the birds age and behavior. Despite the little messy place, they take really good care of the birds :) The food there was also cheap compared to other retail stores, so I'll definitely be sure to come back. Right when I was about to purchase my bird, they even threw in a Military discount for me and free snacks, so generous!!

I love this place, everyone is extremely helpful (especially Annom). I bought a cackatiel and as I had no clue about birds Annom took time to explain me how to take care and handle it. They also have a boarding service which is very convenient when we go out of town.
