Story

The Restaurant
At Big Blue Brewing our wish is to be a local gastropub with handcrafted cocktails and beers. To serve food that is truly handcrafted and made from scratch. We serve only the freshest and best ingredients, most being sourced locally. Our meats are Florida raised grass fed beef with no antibiotics and steroids. Our poultry are natural antibiotic free chickens that are fed 100% vegetarian feed with no hormones or preservatives. Our fish is wild caught on local lines. The fish we choose are sustainable. You will find some interesting takes on everyday food on our specials and test kitchen menu.

The Brewery
The Big Blue Brewery is a full functioning grain to glass facility. We pride ourselves on creating easy drinking and balanced beers that appeal to all levels of beer drinkers using local ingredients when possible like Honey from Walker Farms in our Honey Brown Ale. We offer 24 different beers on tap and feature many local breweries. For a more detailed experience of our beer selection or the brewing process, take a tour with the Brewer or try a flight of four beers while you enjoy sitting on our covered patio listening to some great local music and a great local cold beer.

At Big Blue Brewing we care about our planet and we make every effort to source products that are either biodegradable or can be recycled thus leaving a smaller footprint on the environment.
