Incredibly kind staff, very accommodating! Needed to rent a U-Haul as my car broke down on the way home, and they set me up with a vehicle ASAP! Would recommend them for vehicular rentals and all of your storage needs!

Made arrangements,by paying the entire amount due plus another month to get  unit cleaned out,told them I would be coming to Douglas that afternoon, they gave new codes  to electronic gate, but left their padlock on my unit,  so I couldn't access my storage unit. Waste fuel,there and backGuernsey wear and tear on a friend's pickup as well as his and my time, completely wasted. Thanks Big Country Storage for now causing me to spend at least twice the amount of money that I just don't have

Very professional staff.  Had unit here for over 2 years. No complaints. Always willing to help.

This place has the best security in town the ladies in the office will help you with anything you need
