You are in great hands with this company. Had to call him for a pipe that burst in my wall. He came over at 7pm at night to make sure my family would have water that night. He made sure he got everything fixed and talked to us about how to prevent this in the future. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues I have.

We had a pipe burst in our basement bathroom. Called just about every company in Kansas City and none of them could make it out to us until the following morning. Big Jons Plumbing on the other hand, was very straight forward and honest with us. He said he had a few jobs before us but mark his words.. he would be there to take care of us. We did not receive this level of customer service from anyone else. This was an emergency and we needed it fixed. BJP never once put us on the back burner. We called around 2:00p and he got to us around 7:30pm. True man of his word! He got the job fixed and also gave us some very informative information on how to take preventative measures in the future. Call Jon! Period!

Top notch 5 star service for plumbing. I had a major drain pipe burst the weekend before thanksgiving.  A complete nightmare. I called Big Jon’s and they came over on a weekend day, quickly located the problem and fixed it quickly. The plumber was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend this KC Plumbing Company! They had the best prices for drain service in town but even if they weren't as affordable I would choose them.
