This is a complaint with a local company that's been in okeechobee for many years. I contacted BTC which also is a part of Big Lake Roofing for a estimate and on roof replacement from hurricane damage. After 2 weeks of no response I called again and the girl said they do not come out to give estimates, when I receive my adjusters damage report give them a copy and they will work with that report cost. I've never heard of such a thing and hope no else will fall for this tatic. I told her I've been in the construction industry for 35 yrs and this is not the way a construction company does business and she said, well we do. The lady is extremely rude and from  the start you will feel like you have been done wrong just by speaking to the main rotten lady from the beginning! They done 2 screen room replacements and I will never call them again!
