Prices are pretty decent . Service sucks. I've been waiting forever just to pick up a couch. The night before when I bought the couch the service sucked then too. It takes absolutely forever to get help. They have one guy working in the furniture section .cashing people out loading cars up.  He has been trying to calm this mad lady down forever . I just wish she would leave honestly. I hate her as much as this store right now.  I also feel bad for the couple with the four year old just sitting waiting to get a decent deal on some furniture.

Furniture is nice but there are a lot of other (better) choices out there. Kinda weird store with very odd selection of goods. Could be cleaner and the staff for the most part is pleasant.

Try to go here monthly to see what failed groceries, snacks and sodas they're closing out. Lots of cool stuff ends up on their shelves just because it launched and didn't find an audience, or a shipment got scratched/dented/smooshed and had to be sold at discount. So there's some gourmet stuff on the shelves pretty often.

This store location is the worst Big Lots in the area the bathrooms are disgusting and filthy. the staff is rude and does not bother to do any thing but sit on their butt's in the back of the store. the place is a mess ever time you come in and you wait in line for 20 minutes to buy a candy bar. the Big Lots headquarters should clean this place up and fire the rude staff.

So customer service is rediculous. Lines to check out are a 20 min wait while 10 employee s stand around and look at carts for restocking. If u need help go somewhere else.
