Our cashier Sherri was awesome and very helpful. As for the manager Peggy she should find better customer service skills, and catch up on the California law. If something is advertised for the wrong price, you have to honor that price. Not make excuses as to why there are 20 items there due to lazyness of staff or customers moving things. Why would a customer sit there and move 20 items... Also yes watches are considering jewelry!

Have great furniture and deals for food. Have toys for kids and and animals. Have school supplies. Have bathrooms and parking for free.

Bought a couch from here had to replace one section of it just 4 days after purchase and now have broken board on back side of other section. Returning whole couch for refund ...never purchasing furniture here again !

This is a smaller store than that of others. Doesn't have a frozen food section. So you can't buy some things that their general advertisement paper shows. They are a bargain type store. They carry a lot of items, but it's limited on quantities. So some items are usually out of stock. Some really good quality items and some low end. Check before you buy. Good store for basic things and a few nice things that other stores sell for way more.

Big lots is a great place to go for great prices on random items. We've purchased everything from home decor to coffee there and it's always a good experience.
